Just before bank closing time Nov. 14, a man robbed the U.S. Bank inside Lunds & Byerlys on County Road C, threatening employees with a bomb, though no weapon was ever seen.

Roseville police say the person, described as a thin, 5 foot 5 inches tall, African-American or mixed race man in his 30s, entered the bank just as its 7 p.m. closing time was approaching.

He announced his intentions to rob the bank, police say -- "Bank employees report the suspect never displayed a weapon but threatened a bomb," a police release says.

The man, wearing a green puffy coat, baseball cap and a fake beard and mustache, was given an undisclosed amount of cash and fled.

The Roseville Police Department and FBI are seeking the public's help in identifying and arresting the man -- call Minnesota Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or text your tip to 274637. Type "Tipsy674 plus your tip." Anonymous reports are accepted.

Police say people who provide information that leads to an arrest may be eligible for a reward.
