Inquiring Minds: Can I still use CloudLibrary when I’m out-of-state?

Each week the staff at the Roseville Library answers more than 2,500 questions on every subject under the sun. Here’s one of the most interesting ones they’ve gotten lately.

Q.  I am currently back East, visiting my relatives. Can I still use CloudLibrary when I’m out-of-state?

A. CloudLibrary, the library’s e-reader app, was invented for vacations. Who wants to carry along the bulk of books in your suitcase, when you can download your reading material to your digital device?

Your physical location does not matter when you use CloudLibrary. As long as you have access to the internet, you should be able to check out and download free e-reader materials from the library’s CloudLibrary collection.
