INGREDIENTS:
9 medium red potatoes
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon salt
1 pint whipping cream
Buttered bread crumbs
INSTRUCTIONS: Boil potatoes with skins on, peel and shred (make sure potatoes are still firm). Butter 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Layer potatoes and cheese, pour cream over and sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly and brown.
