The Soul of Russia: An Exploration of Russian Music, Classical to Folk

The East Metro Symphony Orchestra (EMSO) will present The Soul of Russia: An Exploration of Russian Music, Classical to Folk on Sunday, May 15, 2:00 p.m., at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in North St. Paul, 2499 N. Helen Street.Tickets will be available at the door and in advance through the orchestra’s website (www.emsorch.org):$10 for adults, $6 for senior citizens. Children under 18 are free.

Foggy Thinking: Understanding Brain Fog

Brain fog, or feeling as if you’re in a fog and can’t think straight, is a common symptom of living with lupus and other autoimmune diseases. During this seminar hosted by the Lupus Foundation of Minnesota (LFM), Carrie Reynoso will address underlying causes of brain fog and discuss strategies to re-balance the brain, such as diet, the use of supplements, and relaxation techniques.
