The East Metro Symphony Orchestra (EMSO) will present The Soul of Russia: An Exploration of Russian Music, Classical to Folk on Sunday, May 15, 2:00 p.m., at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in North St. Paul, 2499 N. During this seminar hosted by the Lupus Foundation of Minnesota (LFM), Carrie Reynoso will address underlying causes of brain fog and discuss strategies to re-balance the brain, such as diet, the use of supplements, and relaxation techniques.
A wide world of laughs and globetrotting hijinks are coming to the stage at Roseville Area High School, where the school’s drama program will present the hilarious “Around the World in 80 Days” May 11-15 in the RAHS Performing Arts Center.
The seventh annual Band Booster Extravaganza, an event that funds instrument purchases for the Roseville Area High School band program, is Friday, May 6 from 5-9 p.m. in the RAHS band room at the school.
