The Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office is hosting a Citizen Academy in January 2016. This three-week course will begin Tuesday, Jan. 12 and continue through Thursday, Jan. 28. Sessions will run each Tuesday and Thursday, from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
