Festive Cheese Ball

Jeanette Pasek’s grand-prize winner garnered all sorts of  “ohhs and ahhs” from our taste-testers and was selected as the grand-prize winner in the 2015 Lillie Suburban Newspapers' recipe contest.
The cheese ball is attractive, easy to prepare and holds its shape well. It’s versatile, too. Jeanette says you can substitute other ingredients for the outer coating, depending on the season.
