A Ramsey County grand jury indicted Neal Zumberge, the New Brighton man accused of shooting two of his neighbors, one fatally, on the evening of May 5, on four counts including first-degree premeditated murder.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's office has identified the man killed by police following a standoff at the Lowry Grove RV Park in St. Anthony the evening of Oct. 9 as 51-year-old William Thomas Holt.

Bullets, packed suitcase recovered during investigation
Hoffman is charged with one count of intentional second-degree murder. He appeared in Ramsey County District Court Sept. 12 in a bulletproof vest, and his bail was set at $2 million. His next court appearance is Oct. 3. The maximum sentence for second-degree murder is 40 years.
