Police track down stolen puppy

Thieves allegedly wanted to sell dog on Craigslist
A three-pound Shih Tzu puppy that was boosted from the Har Mar Pet Shop Jan. 19 was returned to the store's owner Jan. 25 after Roseville police tracked the stolen pup to Minneapolis and arrested two suspected thieves.
The unnamed female Shih Tzu, valued at $1,195, was not harmed in the heist, according to Roseville Police Lt. Lorne Rosand.

Look for cash with red dye, police say

A man robbed the Guaranty Bank at the Cub Foods on Larpenteur Avenue in Roseville the evening of Jan. 8 and police are looking to the public for help identifying him.
According to a release from the Roseville Police Department, police responded to a hold-up alarm at 6:11 p.m. at the bank at 1201 Larpenteur Ave. on Friday.
