In back-to-back American Legion baseball games, good pitching and timely hits helped lift the North St. Paul 39ers over the 3M Post No. 599 Maplewood Green.
In the first game played at Hill-Murray High School Field Monday, June 30, the 39ers shutdown the Green 4-0.
The North St. Paul American Legion Post 39 baseball team was locked in a pitchers’ duel with the White Bear Lake Post 168 Lakers before emerging a 3-2 winner in District IV league play at White Bear Lake High School Tuesday, June 24.

The Tri-City Post 513 Red American Legion baseball team faced the North St. Paul 39ers at Kuenkel Field Wednesday, June 25 for a crucial District IV league game.
Following a pair of wins in doubleheader action at Kuenkel Field in North St. Paul, the North St. Paul American Legion Post 39 baseball team headed up north to participate in the 39th Annual Grand Rapids Tournament.
