CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDINANCE SUMMARY NO. 1464 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TABLE 1004-5 OF TITLE 10, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. 1464 approved by the City Council of Roseville on March 24, 2014: The Roseville City Code, Title 10, Zoning Ordinance, specifically Table 1004-5, has been amended to establish new requirements within the Medium Density Residential District. A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours in the office of the City Manager at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota 55113. CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 1465 AN ORDNANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 657, 661, 667, 1ND 675 COPE AVENUE AND 2325 AND 2335 DALE STREET FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL-1 DISTRICT (LDR- 1), HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL- 1 DISTRICT (HDR-1), AND INSTITUTIONAL DISTRICT (INST) TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (MDR) The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1009.06 (Zoning Changes) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF14-004, the following property, located at 657, 661, 667, and 675 Cope Avenue and 2325 and 2335 Dale Street, are hereby rezoned from Low Density Residential District-1 (LDR-1), High Density Residnetial-1 District (HDR- 1), and Institutional District (INST) to Medium Density Residential District (MDR). The property being legally described as: Lots 18, 19, 20, 22, and 22, Block 1, O’Neil’s Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, and The North 164.0 feet of the East 325.0 feet except the North 30 feet thereof and except the South 3.0 feet of the West 78 feet thereof of Lot 12, Copes Subdivision of Lot 1 of Copes Subdivision of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota; according to the plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of said County and State. Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code and Zoning Map shall take effect upon: 1. CITY OF LITTLE CANADA CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Little Canada City Council will hold a Workshop Meeting on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 to review the project scope and budget for the Public Works/Parks Garage. CITY OF LITTLE CANADA ORDINANCE NO. 765 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FEE/RATE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA RELATIVE TO SEWER AND WATER RATES The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: Section 1. The City of Little Canada Municipal Code is hereby amended to update the City’s Fee Schedule relative to 2014 Sewer and Water Rates as attached hereto in Exhibit A. Section 2. CITY OF LITTLE CANADA ORDINANCE NO. 766 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF PROPERTY TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (I-1) DISTRICT The Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: Section 1. CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 767 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 902 OF THE LITTLE CANADA ZONING CODE TO ADDRESS A CROSS REFERENCING ERROR IN THE DEFINITION OF “FAMILY”. The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: Section 1. Section 902.010.F.1 of the Zoning Code (General Zoning Terms – Family) is hereby amended to read as follows: F. 1. Family. A person living alone or any of the following groups, provided that the members of the group live together as a single housekeeping unit and do not exceed the maximum occupancy limits of the applicable building code: a. An individual plus one (1) or more persons related by blood, marriage, adoption, guardianship or other dulyauthorized custodial relationship, including foster children and bona fide domestic servants employed on a full-time basis by the family in the dwelling unit; or b. Two unrelated people and any children related to either of them; or c. One (1) or more persons occupying a premises, subject to a limit of not more than three (3) unrelated persons eighteen (18) years of age or older. The definition of family is established for the purpose of preserving the character of residential neighborhoods by controlling population density, noise, disturbance and traffic congestion and shall not be applied so as to prevent the city from making reasonable accommodation where the City determines it necessary under applicable federal fair housing laws. d. Group residential facilities when property licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services or the Minnesota Department of Corrections under MN Stat. 245A.11 and 241.021. Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
