WHEREAS, default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Declaration of The Gables at Arbor Pointe, Common Interest Community Number 306, as amended (henceforth the Declaration) dated July 10, 2001 and recorded in the office of the County Recorder in and for Dakota County, Minnesota on July 13, 2001 as Document No. 1792023 which said Lien covers the following described property situated in the County of Dakota and State of Minnesota, to-wit:

Pittelkow as unit owner to The Gables at Arbor Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc., the principal amount of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-seven Dollars and 80/100 ($2,957.80) for assessments through January, 2019, and no action being now pending at law or otherwise to recover said debt or any part thereof, and; 

WHEREAS, pursuant to said Declaration, said debt creates a lien upon said premises in favor of Gables at Arbor Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc. 

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that by virtue of the power of sale created by statute, said lien will be foreclosed by the sale of said premises with the hereditaments and appurtenances, which said sale will be made by the Sheriff of Dakota County, Minnesota at the Sheriff=s main office, Dakota County Courthouse, Civil Division, 1580 Highway 55-Lobby S-100 in the City of Hastings in said County on April 11, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, to pay the amount then due for said assessments, together with the costs of foreclosure, including attorney=s fees as allowed by law. The time allowed by law for redemption by the unit owners, her personal representatives or assigns, is six (6) months from the date of said sale. 

TIME AND DATE TO VACATE PROPERTY: If the real estate is an owner-occupied single family dwelling, unless otherwise provided by law, the date on or before which the unit owners must vacate the property if the lien is not reinstated under section 580.30 or the property is not redeemed under section 580.23 is 11:59 p.m. on October 11, 2019. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING INVER GROVE HEIGHTS 

CITY CODE TITLE 4 CHAPTER 1 SECTIONS 4, 5, 6, AND 14 TO PERMIT THE ISSUANCE OF ON-SALE BREW PUB LIQUOR LICENSES, SUNDAY ON-SALE BREW PUB LIQUOR LICENSES, AND OFF-SALE BREW PUB MALT LIQUOR LICENSES 

The City Council of Inver Grove Heights does hereby ordain: 

Section 1. Amendment. Inver Grove Heights City Code Title 4 Chapter 1 Section 4(A) is hereby amended to add the following types of licenses: 

On-sale brew pub intoxicating liquor license 

On-sale brew pub 3.2 percent malt liquor license 

Off-sale brew pub malt liquor license 

Sunday on-sale brew pub intoxicating liquor license 

Section 2. Amendment. Inver Grove Heights City Code Title 4 Chapter 1 Section 4(B) is hereby amended to add the following provisions: 

16. On-Sale Brew Pub Intoxicating Liquor License: On-sale brew pub intoxicating liquor licenses may be issued to a brew pub for a restaurant operated in the place of manufacture. 

17. On-Sale Brew Pub 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor License: On-sale brew pub 3.2 percent malt liquor licenses may be issued for a brew pub for a restaurant operated in the place of manufacture. 

18. Off-Sale Brew Pub Malt Liquor License: Off-sale brewpub malt liquor licenses may, with the approval of the commissioner of public safety, be issued to a brew pub that holds an on-sale brew pub intoxicating liquor license or an on-sale brew pub 3.2 percent male liquor license. The license shall allow the off-sale of malt liquor produced and packaged on the licensed premises and shall be limited to the legal hours for off-sale at exclusive liquor stores within the City, except that malt liquor in growlers only may be sold at off-sale on Sundays at the hours approved for off-sales at exclusive liquor stores. 

19. Sunday On-Sale Brew Pub Intoxicating Liquor License: Sunday on-sale brew pub intoxicating liquor licenses may be issued to a brew pub that holds an on-sale brew pub intoxicating liquor license. A Sunday On-Sale Brew Pub Liquor License shall permit the sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption on the premises between the hours of eight o’clock (8:00) A.M. on Sunday and two o’clock (2:00) A.M. on Monday in conjunction with the sale of food. 

Section 3. Amendment. Inver Grove Heights City Code Title 4 Chapter 1 Section 5 is hereby amended to add the following provisions: 

On-sale brew pub intoxicating liquor license: No maximum limit 

On-sale brew pub 3.2 percent malt liquor license: No maximum limit 

Off-sale brew pub malt liquor license: No maximum limit 

Sunday on-sale brew pub intoxicating liquor license: No maximum limit 

Section 4. Amendment. Inver Grove Heights City Code Title 4 Chapter 1 Section 6(I) is hereby amended to add the following provisions: 

6. The restrictions of this Section 4-1-6(I) do not apply to off-sale brew pub malt liquor licenses. 

Section 5. Amendment. Inver Grove Heights City Code Title 4 Chapter 1 Section 14(C) is hereby amended to add the following provisions: 

6. Under a Sunday brew pub intoxicating liquor license, a restaurant located in a brew pub with seating capacity for at least thirty (30) people may serve intoxicating liquor between the hours of eight o’clock (8:00) A.M. on Sunday and two o’clock (2:00) A.M. on Monday in conjunction with the serving of food, provided the establishment has a two o’clock (2:00) A.M. permit issued by the commissioner of public safety. 

Section 6. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to law.

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Inver Grove Heights will meet on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, located at 8150 Barbara Avenue, Inver Grove Heights, MN to consider the request for LAKEFIELD VETERINARY GROUP - CASE NO. 19-04SC. Independent School District 197 – West St. Paul – Mendota Heights – Eagan Area Schools,1897 Delaware Avenue, Mendota Heights, MN 55118 requests sealed bids on a General Contract, including Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Civil work for the remodeling of and the additions to the Friendly Hills Middle School. 

The Work consists of construction of a large multipurpose space of precast wall panel, steel joists, and acoustic metal deck, Remodeled space includes cafeteria, music rooms, and commons spaces in all academic wings. Finishes include flooring and ceilings work. Mechanical and electrical work such as new chiller, boiler, and LED lighting are included. Site work includes expanded parking lot, new grading, paving and site utilities. 

Multi-ply membrane roofing system, roof insulation and metal copings and flashings will be issued and provided under separate contract by the Owner’s roofing consultant and Owner’s separate installer. 

New lockers will be issued and provided under separate contract by the Owner’s Representitive and Owner’s separate installer. 

The existing building footprint is approximately 87,500 gross sq. ft., and the footprint of the addition is approximately 8,600 gross sq. ft. The Project site area is approximately 33 acres. 

Bids shall be on a Stipulated Lump Sum basis. Segregated bids will not be accepted. 

Independent School District 197 will receive Bids until 2:00 PM Central Time on Thursday, February 21, 2019, at the District Office, front desk, at 1897 Delaware Avenue, Mendota Heights, MN 55118. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.

A Prebid Conference will be held beginning promptly at 3:30 PM, Central Time on Monday, February 11, 2019, at Friendly Hills Middle School, 701 Mendota Heights Road, Mendota Heights, MN 55120. Meet at the main entrance of the school building. The Owner’s Representative will arrange for entry into the building. 

Contract time, pre-construction activities and submittals work related to the Project may commence immediately after receipt of the executed Owner-Contractor Agreement. Interior Work may not begin until after June 10, 2019. 

The project shall be completed in Phases which are described in more detail in the Construction Documents, with work largely focused over summers of 2019 and 2020. Some phases of work are to be complete in August of 2019, October of 2019, December of 2019 and August of 2020. 

Final Phase shall be Substantially Complete by August 16, 2020, and Final Completion shall be by August 31, 2020. 

Electronic versions of the Bidding Documents (Drawings, Project Manual and Addenda), are available by contacting the Owner’s Representative at the phone number above. The Owner’s Representative will provide the Bidders access to the cloud-based provider Procore Technologies, Inc. for access to the documents and provide the Bidders locations of builders’ exchanges holding documents for Bidders’ review. Bidders are responsible for periodic review of the cloud-based provider’s website for issued addenda. Bidders are responsible for any and all costs associated with the hard copy printing of the Bidding Documents for their use.
