RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSOLIDATE ANOKARAMSEY JUDICIAL DITCH 1 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in the Shoreview City Council Chambers, 4600 North Victoria Street, Shoreview, Minnesota, the Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) Board of Managers will receive public comment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapters 103D and 103E on proceedings related to the reestablishment and correction of Anoka-Ramsey Judicial Ditch 1 drainage system records under statutes section 103E.101, subdivision 4a. The drainage system is located in the cities of Lexington, Blaine, Mounds View and Shoreview. CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER REQUEST BY NOODLES & COMPANY FOR ON-SALE WINE LICENSE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Arden Hills City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 14, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Arden Hills City Hall, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, MN 55112. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Paul Strasen, Vice President of The Noodle Shop, Co. – Colorado, Inc. d/b/a/ Noodles & Company, for an On-Sale Wine License at the property generally known as 3833 Lexington Avenue N., Suite 109, Arden Hills, Minnesota. This is a new establishment in the City of Arden Hills. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for an On-Sale Wine License. The City of Arden Hills complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form, and interpreters will be available. REGULAR MEETING Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the School Board of Independent School District No. 621, State of Minnesota, was called to order by Jon Tynjala, Chair, at 7:00 p.m., May 27, 2014. Meeting was duly held at the Snail Lake Education Center, 350 Highway 96 W, Shoreview, MN 55126. Discussion followed. Superintendent Hoverman and Cabinet members presented a draft of the 2014-2015 District Operational Plan (DOP) which they developed. Discussion followed. No action was requested. Board members reported on past and upcoming events at their liaison schools. Board Chair Jon Tynjala read a letter of resignation from Board member Lisa Sjobeck who is resigning from the Board effective June 30, 2014. He announced that the Board will be taking applications to fill the remainder of Lisa Sjobeck’s term which expires January 2, 2016. Interested and qualified candidates can download an application from the District’s website or contact the Superintendent’s Office at SLEC now through June 10.
