• 2040 COMPREHENSIVEPLAN: The City has prepared its 2040 Comprehensive Plan update and is prepared to take public comment on the plan before it goes before the City Council for final approval and six-month Adjacent Community Review. 

The Comprehensive Plan is a requirement of the Metropolitan Council and must be updated every 10 years by every jurisdiction within the Twin Cities region. The Plan contains guidance regarding land use, housing, parks and trails, municipal infrastructure and roadways, and policy implementation.

Notice is hereby given that the Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission of the City of Roseville will hold its regular meeting at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 6:30 p.m., for the purpose of holding a Public Information meeting regarding the City of Roseville’s Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program. 

Public comments regarding this report will be taken between May 1 and May 22. Soon thereafter, the annual report will be brought to the City Council for final approval and submittal to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA).

1. Angie Richey, nutrition services supervisor, provided an update on the district’s child nutrition program. 

Action Items: 

1. The consent agenda including the minutes of the regular school board meeting on March 27, 2018; payment of bills; resignations, appointments, reductions, adjustments (with the exception of retirements); and gifts was approved. 

2. Policy 104: Equal Employment Non-Discrimination was approved as a second reading. 

3. Policy 440: Subpoena of a School District Employee was approved as a second reading. 

4. The 2017-2019 contract with Education Minnesota Roseville was approved.
