— Resolution No. 2018-033, Approval of 1st Quarter 2018 Donations.

— Molly O’Rourke, County Administrator, presented two letters for County Board approval. The first letter to the Washington County Legislative Delegation supports funding in the Governor’s bonding proposal that recommends upgrading laboratory testing equipment for the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Public Health Laboratory. The second letter to the Washington County Legislators pertains to legislation introduced in the House and Senate regarding fiscal disparities and congestion management. While the county would normally support funding for congestion management, this legislation would reallocate existing money from the fiscal disparities program, resulting in an automatic tax increase to property taxpayers of Washington County.

— Board workshop for an update on the status of the Land and Water Legacy Program’s Manitou Fund and Wilder Forest Acquisition and Easement Projects.
