NOTICE OF INFORMAL APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS (INTESTATE)

Notice is given that an application for informal appointment of personal representative has been filed with the Registrar. No will has been presented for probate. The application has been granted.
Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Deborah A. Choulock, whose address is 1250 Dorland Road S., Maplewood, MN 55119 as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minn. Stat. 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
Any objections to the appointment of the Personal Representative must be filed with this Court and will be heard by the Court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

Notice is given that an application for informal probate of the Decedent’s Will dated April 23, 1986 (“Will”), has been filed with the Registrar. The application has been granted.
Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed John R. Peisert, whose address is 19068 Troy Street N.W., Elk River, MN 55330 as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minn. Stat. 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.

Notice is hereby given that the ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 1245 West Highway 96, on Monday, December 10, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following public hearing:
Delinquent Public Utility Accounts
Assessments are proposed for public utility charges to those tracts or parcels where such charges were delinquent as of November 1, 2018, and, after due notice to the property owner, remain unpaid, in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Code and Minnesota Statutes.
These assessments are on file at City Hall and open to public inspection. Written or oral objections will be considered at this meeting, but the City Council may consider any objection to the amount of a proposed individual assessment at an adjourned meeting upon such further notice to the affected property owner as it seems advisable.
