‘Volunteer Together’ at the biggest meal packing event of the year

Better Together is the biggest volunteer event of the year, when Feed My Starving Children joins with MN Adult & Teen Challenge and Union Gospel Mission Twin Cities to pack 1 million meals in two days in the Grandstand at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.

Do Good Roseville will have a group “Volunteer Together” on Friday, June 7, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at the meal packing event. This is a great opportunity for kids 5 and older. You must register in advance for the shift via this link: www.fmsc.org/join-group?joincode=19P93N?.

If you want to be part of the Do Good Roseville group, it will meet between 12:30 and 12:45 p.m. at the carousel outside the Grandstand building. There’s free parking and free bus rides available. More details are available when you register on the FMSC site, or you can contact Kathy Ramundt at kramundt@hotmail.com or 651-488-5061.

The event needs 5,000 people, and there are six other shifts available on Friday and Saturday if the Do Good Roseville time is not convenient.
