The High School Work consists of

construction of a new entry plaza,

The school and office building

areas include the existing building of

approximately 326,200 gross sq. ft.;

the school building entrance lobby

addition of approximately 3,700

sq. ft.; the district office addition of

approximately 1,970 gross sq. ft.;

and the 3-court gymnasium and

fitness area addition of approximately

26,120; for an approximate overall

building area of 357,990 gross sq. ft.

The overall Project site area is

approximately 67.6 gross acres.

The school building site area is

approximately 29.95 gross acres.

Base Bids will be accepted on

a Stipulated Lump Sum basis.

Segregated bids will not be accepted.

Independent School District 197 will

receive Base Bids, Unit Prices and

Alternate Bids on Tuesday, June 25,

2019 at the District Office, front desk,

in phases, Partial Substantial

August 2021.

Documents (Drawings, Project

the cloud-based provider Procore

A Bid Security in the form of a

certified check, a cashier’s check

percent of the Bid must accompany

Gedey, Emiliano Granados, and

Jenaye Vergin highlighted their

affinity groups’ work this year

regarding cultural appreciation and

identity.

The TriDistrict Career and College

Readiness CAPS program is

a unique partnership between

school districts and businesses to

allow students to explore career

opportunities through classes held

on the business sites. Students

who participated in the TriDistrict

CAPS programs, Maddie Dossier,

Emiliano Granados, Alex Quam, and

Christopher Reineke, shared their

successes and insights to these new

programs. They also shared how

these courses helped shape, change

or redefined their plans for the future.

Development) was presented.

(Chemical Use and Abuse) was

presented.

recommendation regarding a change

event for the multi-purpose athletic

field.

(Naming of District Facilities) was

presented.

A work session followed. An update

was provided on the TriDistrict CAPS

Program. A review of the health

curriculum was provided. An update

was given on the Digital Citizenship

Curriculum. A review of the General
