the Declaration) dated March 20,

1991 and recorded in the office

of the County Recorder in and for

Dakota County, Minnesota on April

9, 1991 as Document No. 980241,

which said Declaration covers the

Declaration, there is claimed to be

due and owing as of the date of

this Notice by Dina Bryukhanova

as unit owner to Springwood Ponds

Homeowners Association, the

principal amount of Three Thousand

Five Hundred Seventy-nine

Dollars and 67/100 ($3,579.67) for

condominium assessments through

April, 2019; and no action being

now pending at law or otherwise to

recover said debt or any part thereof,

WHEREAS, pursuant to said

Declaration, and the statute in such

case made and provided, said debt

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is

hereby given that by virtue of the

power of sale created by statute, said

lien will be foreclosed by the sale of

said premises with the hereditaments

and appurtenances, which said

sale will be made by the Sheriff of

Dakota County, Minnesota at the

Sheriff=s main office in the Dakota

County Courthouse Civil Division,

1580 Highway 55 - lobby S-100, in

the City of Hastings in said County

on June 13, 2019; at 10:00 a.m., at

public auction to the highest bidder,

for cash, to pay the amount then due

for said condominium assessments,

together with the costs of foreclosure,

including attorney=s fees as allowed

by law. The time allowed by law for

redemption by the unit owner, her

personal representatives or assigns,

is six (6) months from the date of said

sale.

TIME AND DATE TO VACATE

PROPERTY: If the real estate is

an owner-occupied single family

dwelling, unless otherwise provided

by law, the date on or before which

the unit owners must vacate the

property if the lien is not reinstated

under section 580.30 or the property

is not redeemed under section

580.23 is 11:59 p.m. on December

WINDOW AND DOOR

REPLACEMENT

Property Locations:

• 1616 Humboldt Ave. West St

Proposal on the property above

to include, but not limited to the

following:

• Set up at site. Protect building

from debris and secure work area.

• Secure required building permits.

• Demo and dispose of existing

steel windows and curtainwall

framing.

• Replace with thermally

broken dark bronze anodized

aluminum window framing and

high performance glass with low ecoatings

temp per code.

• Installation shall include operable

sash along with aluminum entrances

and all associated hardware. All

caulking to be primed using silicone.

• Pricing shall include metal

panels and spandrel glass at nonvision

glass areas.

• Patching of drywall or paint shall

be done by others.

If you are interested in the project,

please submit a proposal, including a

timeline for completion.

The issuance of this Request for

Proposal (RFP) constitutes an

invitation to submit proposals to the

City. The City in its sole and absolute

discretion, reserves the right to

determine whether any aspect of

the proposal satisfactorily meets

the criteria established in this RFP;

the right to seek clarification from

any Proposer; the right to negotiate

with any Proposer(s) whether or not

they submitted a proposal; the right

to reject any or all proposals with or

without cause; and the right to cancel

and/or amend any and all parts of the

RFP.

The City assumes no expressed

or implied obligation for reimbursing

Proposer(s) for any costs or

expenses incurred in connection

with this RFP. Each proposal

should express the Proposer’s

most favorable cost terms and

programmatic considerations, and

should be submitted in a complete

and understandable form. The

City reserves the right to request

additional information or clarification,

or to allow corrections of errors or

omissions during the evaluation

process.

The City reserves the right to

retain all submitted proposals and

to use any ideas expressed in a

proposal regardless of whether that

proposal is selected. Submission of

a proposal constitutes acceptance of

the conditions contained in this RFP

by the Proposer, unless clearly and

specifically noted in the submitted

proposal and confirmed in the

contract between the City and the

Proposer.

The City in its sole discretion

may contract with more than one

(1) Proposer for the services

contemplated herein. The City in its

sole discretion may also reduce or

expand the scope of the RFP.

BOARD OF EDUCATION

A regular meeting of the Inver Grove

Heights Community Schools Board

of Education was called to order at

5:32 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2019

at the ISD 199 District Office, located

at 2990 80th Street East, Inver

Grove Heights, MN. The following

board members were present: Cindy

Nordstrom, Carrie Lounsberry,

Lynette Stensgard, Sherry Warrick,

Matt Schaefer, and Rachel Hanson.

Superintendent Dave Bernhardson

was also present. Board member

Sue Gliva was absent.

Motions carried to approve the

agenda and consent agenda. The

consent agenda included April 22,

2019, school board regular meeting;

April cash disbursements and check

register; personnel transactions; and

donations, gifts and grants.

Spring activities were highlighted.

A Simley Activities 10 Year Review

was shared.

Information was presented on the

2019-2020 Budget.

School Board committee and

membership reports were shared.

2019-2020 Student and Adult Meal

Prices.

A motion carried to approve the

ISD 199 Long-Term Facilities

Maintenance Plan.
